Welcome! For over twenty years, I have been working as a Psychotherapist, Couple Counsellor and Family Therapist. I have dedicated myself to providing my clients with a relationship that is safe, connected, respectful and non-judgemental.

As a psychotherapist, I am interested in helping you build on your strengths and creativity so that you may quickly overcome the problems you are facing. In my office in downtown Montreal, we would work together in a focused and goal-oriented way, using your past experiences to gain insight into your present reality. Once we understand what is going on, we can then move towards making the desired changes in your day-to-day life.

The decision to contact a psychotherapist is not always an easy one but after the first session, people often feel a sense of relief and are glad that they did. Telephone therapy is also available for those people who are either unable to come to the office or don't live in the Montreal area.
